Most of the property I sell can't be reached by road.

That's the part I love.

I've lived in Southeast Alaska for more than thirty years and worked in real estate since 2014. In 2023 I opened my own brokerage, and I built it around the properties most offices would rather not take: islands, lodges, tidelands, and ground that takes a float plane and a weather window to see. Most recently I've branched into gold mines and mining claims, which ask even more of a broker: agency records, filing deadlines, and reserve reports that have to be read, not repeated.

Remote property is sold on the screen and in print long before anyone stands on it. So I don't hire that work out. The photography direction, the offering memorandum, the brochures, the window display on Seward Street, the video: all of it is produced here, for your property, by the broker you hired.

On significant properties, I co-list with brokerages whose reach matches the property, including national land and ranch firms. Two brokerages: one standard, and a seller who gets both audiences.
